Theatrical Methods in Developing Children's Creativity
A practical session on the theme «Theatrical Methods in Developing Children’s Creativity» was held at the technical college. During the session, students engaged in stage exercises aimed at improving correct pronunciation and expressive reading skills. Such sessions play an important role in shaping students’ speech culture, unlocking their creative potential, and fostering a greater appreciation for the performing arts.
Professions Day
The technical college held a festive celebration of Professions Day. During the event, students explored the world of various professions and received information about areas of interest to them. The celebration was organized with the aim of inspiring young people to take an interest in professional life and to make a more informed choice about their future careers.
Educational Practice in Artistic and Creative Activities
On April 18, as part of the educational practice in artistic and creative activities, a practical session was held on the theme «Preparing Visual Materials for the Construction, Modeling, and Mathematics Center». During the session, students independently created visual aids and educational materials for children, demonstrating a creative approach. Such practical sessions play an important role in developing professional skills and fostering creative thinking among future educators.
Open Doors Day
An Open Doors Day event was held at the Pedagogical Technical College of the Republic of Karakalpakstan from March 30 to April 4, 2026.
The main purpose of the event was to familiarize 9th–11th grade graduates of secondary schools with the college’s activities, educational programs, available facilities, and vocational training opportunities.
During the event, visiting students and parents were shown the college’s classrooms, information and resource center, and the facilities available to students. In addition, teachers and responsible staff provided detailed information about the educational programs, admission process, advantages of vocational education, and future career opportunities.
During the event, students familiarized themselves with the college’s material and technical facilities and received answers to their questions. Such meetings help young people make a more informed choice of future profession, increase their interest in the field of education, and strengthen cooperation between the college and schools.
The Most Active Eco Hero
In implementation of Clause 7 of the monitoring plan approved by Decree No. PQ-184 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 15, 2025, and within the framework of the Eco Hero project, a competition titled “The Most Active Eco Hero” has been announced among vocational education organizations.
A drawing (fine arts) and essay competition was held at the Pedagogical Technical College of the Republic of Karakalpakstan among first-year students. Based on the results, the finest creative works were selected by the jury and recognized by the college administration.
Film Screening
In March, the technical college held a screening of feature and documentary films for students dedicated to the role of women in public life, as well as the films «Muhabbat bahori» and «Sarvqomat dilbarim», celebrating the themes of love and devotion.
In honor of May 9 — the Day of Memory and Appreciation — the films «Ilhaq» and «O’zbek qizi», created by Uzbek filmmakers, were screened. Following the screenings, film discussions and audience conversations were held.
Creating a Safe Environment in the Republic's Mahallas
Inspector for Juvenile Affairs of the Taxiatosh District, Lieutenant J. Qayiqniyazova provided a detailed explanation of the content and essence of Presidential Decree No. 1 dated January 5, 2026, «On Additional Measures to Introduce a Comprehensive Targeted Work System Aimed at Creating a Safe Environment in the Republic’s Mahallas». She also spoke about offenses being committed among youth and their consequences, and gave a detailed overview of the decrees on combating drug addiction.
During the event, discussions also covered the prevention of crime and misconduct in mahallas, ensuring the stability of the social and moral environment, addressing existing social issues, and strengthening crime prevention efforts.
Following this, prevention inspector of the Taxiatosh District, Senior Lieutenant S. Jumamuratov took the floor. He spoke about the opportunities and benefits the President is providing for young people, and emphasized that youth should stay away from any form of wrongdoing.
At the close of the event, students received detailed answers to their questions.
Homeland Defenders Day
The roundtable was opened by the college’s YBIBDO’ Z. Matyakupova, who congratulated those present on January 14 — the 34th anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Defenders of the Fatherland Day. She then introduced the guests invited to the roundtable.
Captain B. Bo’riyev, a serviceman of military unit No. 99651 stationed in the Taxiatosh District, spoke about the National Army and the history of its formation and development.
Military servicewoman G. Mavlenova spoke to the students about the advantages of military service and the opportunities provided by the government, and offered guidance on applying to military educational institutions.
At the close of the event, students asked questions of interest to them. The roundtable left a strong impression on all participants.
A Literary and Educational Event Dedicated to the 585th Anniversary of the Birth of Alisher Navoi
The event was opened by the college’s YBIBDO’ Z. Matyakupova. In her address, she gave a brief overview of the legacy of the great thinker, poet, and scholar Alisher Navoi. She emphasized that «no matter how many years his work has been studied, there remain many aspects that still deserve further exploration».
Next to speak was M. Jumamuratova, head of the Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment of the Taxiatosh District. She noted that holding evenings dedicated to the study of Navoi’s works among students serves as an important factor in deepening their understanding of his literary heritage.
The event was organized at the intersection of literature and art, vividly bringing to life the image of Navoi, his priceless creative legacy, and his humanistic ideals through theatrical performances, poetry recitals, and musical numbers. Every performance by the students became a heartfelt expression of deep respect and reverence for our great ancestor.
Throughout the literary evening, excerpts from the works of Alisher Navoi and his wise sayings resonated through the hall, further strengthening in the hearts of the youth a sense of national identity, love for their mother tongue, and spiritual responsibility.
A Literary and Educational Event Dedicated to the 543rd Anniversary of the Birth of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur
The event was opened by the college’s YBIBDO’ Z. Matyakupova. In her address, she briefly spoke about the life and legacy of the great thinker, ruler, and poet Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur. «Babur holds a distinguished place in history not only as a remarkable poet, but also as an accomplished statesman and intellectual of his era. His legacy remains as relevant today as ever», she noted.
The event brought together literature and art in a rich and meaningful program. The multifaceted image of Babur — poet, commander, and statesman — along with his Baburnama and poetic heritage, were brought to life through theatrical performances, poetry recitals, and musical numbers. The students’ performances stirred a sense of pride and deep admiration for our great ancestor in the hearts of all those present.
Throughout the literary evening, excerpts from Baburnama and the poet’s timeless verses filled the hall, deepening in the hearts of the youth a sense of pride in their great ancestor, devotion to their homeland, and awareness of their spiritual duty. The event left a lasting impression on all participants and undoubtedly sparked an even greater interest in Babur’s literary legacy.
The National Army — Shield of the Homeland, Guardian of Our Peace
As part of the program, a roundtable was held on the theme «The National Army — Shield of the Homeland, Guardian of Our Peace!», during which a meeting with veterans of the Afghan War was organized. The roundtable, held under the motto «The Homeland is Great, Duty is Sacred!», was dedicated to honoring the memory of servicemen who gave their lives for peace in our land and to promoting their heroic deeds.
At the close of the event, flowers were laid at the monument erected in honor of the soldiers who fell for the peace of our Homeland.
On January 13, on the eve of the 34th anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Defenders of the Homeland Day, students were taken on an excursion to military unit No. 99651 of the Taxiatosh District as part of an «Open Doors Day» event. The visit aimed to foster a sense of pride in the national army among young people and to increase their interest in military careers. During the excursion, students learned about the history of the formation and development of the Armed Forces, and the display of weapons and military equipment generated great enthusiasm among them.
On January 14, the technical college was visited by servicemen of military unit No. 99651 of the Taxiatosh District — Captain Bekhzod Bo’riyev and 3rd class Sergeant Gulkhan Mavlenova. A roundtable was organized with the aim of fostering patriotism among young people, cultivating respect and pride for the national army, and strengthening interest in military service. The event was lively and engaging, and at the close, students had the opportunity to ask all the questions they had in mind.
International Day of Women and Girls in Science
The event was opened and hosted by Z. Matyakupova, Deputy Director for Youth Affairs at the technical college. In her address, she gave a brief overview of February 11 as the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, and highlighted the tremendous contributions women and girls have made to the advancement of science in society. She drew upon the examples of remarkable historical figures — Bibihanim, Zebiniso Begim, Nodira Begim, and Zulfiya.
K. Ernazarova, a specialist in women’s affairs of the Taxiatosh District, took the floor and presented a video on «The Role of Women in Society», sharing stories and information about the lives of many women.
Following her, S. Abdullayeva, the director’s advisor on women’s issues at the technical college, spoke about the role of family, school, and mahalla in educating girls and helping them find their place in society, and provided extensive information about the opportunities available to women and girls today.
Next, the college psychologist G. Arapbayeva conducted psychological training sessions for the women present — a meditation titled «Conversation with the Inner Woman» and a movement session called «Dance of Mood» — leaving participants with a boost of positive energy.
Honoring Women
As part of the program, an essay and drawing competition was held among the college’s students on the theme «The Image of a Mother — A Source of Love». In addition, a screening of feature and documentary films dedicated to the role of women in public life was organized for students, along with the film «Muhabbat bahori», celebrating the themes of love and devotion.
A volleyball tournament was held among the female staff of the technical college under the motto «Sport — A Source of Grace and Health». Additionally, competitions in chess, checkers, volleyball, and table tennis were organized among the female students of the college.
A meeting and roundtable discussion on the theme «Symbols of Resilience» was held with the participation of female students of the college and women who have dedicated many years of devoted service to their work.
As part of the «Honoring Women» month, flashmobs and challenges were organized among the college’s youth on the themes «Mother — The Source of Love», «My Mother — The Sun of My Soul», and «Growing Up in a Mother’s Warmth».
Sports Competitions as Part of the «Honoring Women» Month
Sports competitions were organized at the Pedagogical Technical College of the Republic of Karakalpakstan as part of the «Honoring Women» month. At the close of the event, the winners were presented with diplomas and commemorative gifts by the college administration.
Portraits of Strength
The meeting and discussion was opened by YBIBDO’ Z. Matyakupova with a welcome address, followed by an introduction of the event participants. In her speech, she touched on topics such as the role of women in the family and society, and their place in raising children. The floor was then given to the respected elder mother and labor veteran of the «Jaykhun» mahalla, Raushan-opa Matyakupova.
R. Matyakupova shared with the youth insightful life stories drawn from her own personal experience — on raising children, the role of women in the family, and the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law.
Next to speak was G. Matyakupova, recipient of the «Exemplary Woman» badge of honor. She too shared life lessons and her own thoughts with young families and young brides.
During the meeting and discussion, T. Seyidova, chief specialist of the Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment of the Taxiatosh District, and N. Atiyazova, specialist of the «Nuroniy» foundation, also shared their thoughts on the mother as the cradle of the family and its spiritual pillar, on motherly upbringing as the greatest school and a source of comfort for the child, as well as on the importance of instilling a love of reading in children.

A Literary and Educational Event Dedicated to the 111th Anniversary of the Birth of Zulfiya Isroilova
The event was opened by the college’s YBIBDO’ Z. Matyakupova. In her address, she spoke about the life, work, and invaluable contribution of the people’s poet Zulfiya Isroilova to Uzbek literature. «Zulfiya’s poetry is an embodiment of femininity, love for the homeland, and human kindness. Her verses continue to resonate in the hearts of readers to this day», she noted. During the event, excerpts from the poet’s most beloved works were recited, accompanied by musical and theatrical performances. The students’ warm and heartfelt presentations moved all those in attendance deeply.
Throughout the literary evening, excerpts from Zulfiya Isroilova’s delicate poetry filled the hall. Her words awakened in the hearts of the youth a sense of feminine beauty, devotion to their homeland, and awareness of their spiritual duty. Through the poet’s work, those present felt a deeper connection to their roots and national values.
The festive event generated great enthusiasm among those present and undoubtedly sparked an even deeper interest in the works of Zulfiya Isroilova in each of the students.
Fundamental Improvement of the Spiritual and Educational Work System
In order to implement Presidential Decree No. PQ-5040 of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 26, 2021, «On Measures for the Fundamental Improvement of the Spiritual and Educational Work System», the Pedagogical Technical College of the Republic of Karakalpakstan has developed a roadmap for enhancing the effectiveness of spiritual and educational activities.
Work is being carried out among teachers and students to explain the meaning and essence of the idea «From National Revival — Toward National Prosperity» in the context of building a rule-of-law state and civil society in our country. Teachers regularly hold dedicated sessions for students focused on the future.
